The hotel location was fantastic, situated just down the little alley and right opposite the museum. The stay provided a beautiful experience in the courtyard area with a charming ambiance. the hotel had excellent service and a rooftop restaurant with a great view. The main dining area was beautiful and romantic, and the private areas were cozy and comfortable.

The hotel lacked a variety of dishes and menu options, leaving guests with no choice but to eat from the single menu provided.

Stylish building, attentive staff, excellent location, delicious food, comfortable rooms, peaceful atmosphere.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a luxurious and relaxing stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations, especially the Spa & wellness centre which provided a full body massage and facial with top-quality products. The indoor swimming pool and Steam room were immaculate and offered a tranquil place to unwind. The sun terrace provided a stunning view of the garden area and the restaurant served Continental breakfast which was fresh and tasty. Our room featured a private terrace, a location advantage which allowed us to admire the beautiful surroundings.

The only minor issue we had was with the live entertainment, which was not as appealing as we anticipated. However, this did not detract from our overall wonderful experience at the hotel.

We loved staying in this hotel! The hotel facilities were outstanding and the staff was always helpful. The location in the old medina was perfect, just down the alley from the museum and a 5-minute walk to the souk. The cleanliness was impeccable, even in the main dining area. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

Celebrated New Year's here and it was amazing! The fireworks display was fantastic and the party atmosphere was contagious. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city and attractions nearby. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of local cuisine. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, they really went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities and little touches that made it feel like a home away from home.

The lack of a pool or spa facilities on the property. It would have been nice to have that extra relaxation option after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel room was beyond my expectations! It had amazing furnishings, a very comfortable bed, and a very modern and clean bathroom! I also enjoyed the breakfast that came with our stay, offering many different breads, pastries, and fruits - it was my favorite meal of the day! The hotel's location was also great.

The only downside that I could find was the service. While the staff was friendly and helpful, there was some confusion with the check-in process, and our room key also didn't work at first.
